1 Membership & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account and use the services at cb444:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• You are using this platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during account registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• The responsibility for maintaining account security rests entirely with the user. Passwords or login details must not be shared with anyone else.

Providing false information or use of an account by an ineligible person is prohibited. cb444 reserves the right to immediately close any such account.

2 Account Verification & Identity Confirmation

cb444 is committed to providing a safe and transparent service. As part of this, the platform may follow a process to verify the identity of users (KYC — Know Your Customer). Under this process:

• cb444 may request a national identity card, passport, or other identity documents at any time.
• Additional documents may be requested to prove ownership of a payment method.
• The withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
• Submitting false or forged documents is a serious violation and will result in permanent closure of the account.

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at cb444 is ৳100. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are not accepted by any method other than these four.

Deposits must be sent from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name. Funds sent from a third-party account are not acceptable and such transactions will be considered void.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Account verification must be complete and applicable wagering requirements must be met to make a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• In the case of suspicious financial activity, cb444 may hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
• To withdraw funds earned from bonuses in the account, wagering requirements must be fulfilled.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at cb444 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you an extra ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw from a bonus, a wager of 25 times the bonus amount must be placed. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period and will be automatically cancelled if not used within the specified time.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless cb444 specifically permits it.
• If evidence of bonus abuse (arbitrage, bot use, or coordinated betting) is found, cb444 may cancel the bonus and related winnings.
• cb444 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

cb444 has a four-tier VIP program for regular players. The tiers are:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.1%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Players can move up to higher tiers through regular play. cb444 reserves the right to change the criteria for VIP benefits and will inform users in due course.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Placement Rules

All bets placed at cb444 are considered final unless there is evidence of a technical error or an obvious pricing mistake. It is the player's responsibility to verify all terms, odds, and rules before placing a bet.

6.2 Event Cancellation & Suspension

If a sports event or game is cancelled, suspended, or left incomplete, cb444 will settle the related bets in accordance with standard industry practice. cb444's decision on this matter is final.

6.3 Fraud & Coordinated Betting

Match fixing, fraud, or any attempt to gain an advantage through dishonest means is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, cb444 will immediately close the relevant account and void all winnings.

6.4 Technical Errors

If abnormal results occur due to software or connection errors, cb444 reserves the right to void the result of that bet or game. In such cases, the player's original stake will be returned.

7 Account Restrictions & Closure

cb444 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following situations:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If the user submits a false identity or forged documents.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If bots, automated software, or cheating tools are used.
• If money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is suspected.
• If the user requests account closure themselves.

In the event of account closure, cb444 reserves the right to cancel all applicable bonuses and winnings related to violations of the terms. The question of returning any legitimate balance will be decided by cb444 following a review.
